Who we are

Sudoku Skills is operated by PM Technologies. In these Terms, "Sudoku Skills," "we," "us," and "our" refer to PM Technologies and the Sudoku Skills service. "You" means the person using Sudoku Skills.

Using Sudoku Skills means accepting these Terms

By visiting, creating an account, using a puzzle, purchasing Full Access, or otherwise using Sudoku Skills, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Access levels and accounts

Sudoku Skills may offer visitor features, free signed-in features, and paid Full Access features. Available features may change over time as the product improves.

• You are responsible for the activity on your account.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account in a way that bypasses access controls.
• We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is being misused, used fraudulently, or used to harm the service or other users.

Full Access subscriptions and billing

Full Access may include features such as technique board animations, the curated Puzzle Library, Sudoku School, badges, the Sudoku Skills Diploma, OCR import, PDF Book generation, and other paid features. Billing is handled by Stripe or another payment provider we may use in the future.

Subscription prices, billing intervals, renewal dates, cancellation options, and taxes are shown during checkout or in the customer portal. Unless a different refund policy is stated at purchase or required by law, payments are not automatically refundable after a billing period begins.

You can cancel a subscription through the customer portal when available. Cancellation usually stops future renewals; it does not necessarily remove access for the remainder of the already-paid billing period.

Acceptable use

Please use Sudoku Skills in a fair, respectful, and lawful way. You agree not to:

• Interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or attack the service.
• Try to bypass authentication, access controls, rate limits, subscription gates, or security protections.
• Upload malicious files or content that violates someone else's rights.
• Use Sudoku Skills to violate law, commit fraud, or harm another person.
• Copy, resell, or commercially exploit the service in a way we have not authorized.

Puzzle content and your progress

Sudoku Skills includes generated puzzles, curated puzzles, School lesson puzzles, saved puzzles, statistics, walkthroughs, nudges, What-If training, and printable materials. We may adjust puzzle pools, lessons, difficulty labels, features, and teaching content as we improve the product.

You may use printable puzzles and PDF Books for your own personal learning and practice. Unless we give written permission, you may not sell, redistribute, publish, or bulk-copy Sudoku Skills puzzle collections, lessons, walkthroughs, OCR tools, School content, or generated books.

Ownership and license

Sudoku Skills, including its software, design, text, graphics, lessons, walkthrough logic, badges, names, logos, and other materials, is owned by PM Technologies or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sudoku Skills as intended through the website or app experience. We do not transfer ownership of Sudoku Skills or its content to you.

Availability and changes

We want Sudoku Skills to be reliable and helpful, but we cannot promise the service will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or browser. We may update, pause, limit, or discontinue features as needed for security, maintenance, business, legal, or product reasons.

No guarantee and limitation of liability

Sudoku Skills is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PM Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or service interruption. Our total liability for claims related to Sudoku Skills will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if you have not paid us.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of this section may not apply to you.

Your responsibility

You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses that arise from your misuse of Sudoku Skills, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or violation of someone else's rights, to the extent allowed by law.

Disputes

If there is a problem, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it in a practical and friendly way. These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law of the business location of PM Technologies, unless consumer protection law requires a different rule.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Sudoku Skills grows. If changes are important, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice in the app or by email when appropriate. Continued use of Sudoku Skills after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
